Graebel announces new CEO

Graebel Companies, Inc has announced the promotion of Graebel President Ron Dunlap to the post of Chief Executive Officer.

According to the firm, the move had been planned ‘for years’, as part of its strategic succession planning and ‘commitment to ensuring business continuity’.

Current CEO and Chair, Bill Graebel, who recently celebrated 40 years at the company, will now lead the board full time.

The company said in a statement: ‘Bill will be focused on board recruitment and governance so that Graebel’s directors can continue to provide the insights, support and professional guidance needed to meet the accelerating pace of change in global mobility.

‘Transformation is in our DNA at Graebel and we’re at an inflection point, one where many milestones are converging: our digital transformation efforts, which will completely revolutionise how we serve our customers; a new growth strategy to expand our reach and leverage our strengths; and the company’s 75th anniversary next year, to name just a few.’

Dunlap said: ‘Over the past four years, we have been pursuing purposeful change to increase our market share, by attracting new senior leaders, innovating our offerings and processes, and radically transforming our technology platform.’
