New deal creates end-to-end logistics and moving group
Global transport, relocation and logistics company Suddath has announced the acquisition of Daryl Flood Inc. (DFI).
Effective from March 31, 2021, the purchase includes all DFI’s operating companies, including Daryl Flood Relocation Inc., Daryl Flood International Inc., Dependable Relocation Services Inc., Daryl Flood Workplace Services Inc., Daryl Flood Logistics Inc. and VERSA Relocation Inc.
The two companies have similar businesses, which include household goods moving, workplace services, logistics, home delivery and final mile services, move management and global mobility – domestically and internationally.
According to Suddath, the deal brings a combined 88,000 household goods moves every year, out of 45 US and international locations with more than 3.5 million sqft of warehouse space.
‘The acquisition also builds upon Suddath’s position as the largest commercial mover and military relocation company in North America,’ said the company in a statement.
